- How quickly can you start?
- Discovery usually begins within two weeks of a signed engagement. If you have a hard launch date, tell us in the first conversation — we'll say honestly whether it's reachable.
- Do you work with existing in-house teams?
- Frequently. We embed alongside your engineers, and part of our definition of done is that your team can maintain what we built without us.
- What does an engagement cost?
- Most projects run between $150k and $2M depending on scope. We scope in phases, so you can stop after discovery if the picture changes.
- Who owns the code?
- You do — entirely, from the first commit. You get the repositories, the infrastructure, the documentation and the runbooks.
