Tell us what you're building.

No discovery-call funnel, no gatekeeping form that routes you to a salesperson. Write to us like you'd write to an engineer, because that's who reads it — and who answers, within one business day.

The more specific the problem, the more useful our first reply. Deadlines, constraints and what has already failed are all more helpful than a feature list.

Common questions

How quickly can you start?
Discovery usually begins within two weeks of a signed engagement. If you have a hard launch date, tell us in the first conversation — we'll say honestly whether it's reachable.
Do you work with existing in-house teams?
Frequently. We embed alongside your engineers, and part of our definition of done is that your team can maintain what we built without us.
What does an engagement cost?
Most projects run between $150k and $2M depending on scope. We scope in phases, so you can stop after discovery if the picture changes.
Who owns the code?
You do — entirely, from the first commit. You get the repositories, the infrastructure, the documentation and the runbooks.
Offices

Five timezones. Deliberate overlap.

Someone who wrote the code is awake when it breaks. That isn't a coincidence — it's how we chose where to put people.

What we learned shipping.

One email a month: the engineering decisions that worked, the ones that didn't, and what we'd do differently. Written by the people who did the work.

One email a month on what we learned shipping. No newsletter-industrial-complex nonsense.
